Speaking of marathons and nipples...let's talk about my Uni-boob when I was a runner. Don't get it twisted...I may have trained for races, but was it really running when speed walkers were faster than me? But I digress. I tried a ton of different sports bras [she's got big boobies--yay me!] to help keep the girls in place. Fast or slow, the girls liked to move around. It was best to keep the movement to a minimum.  I felt I was not only attracting more attention to "Jiggle One and Jiggle Two", but also to my slow ass "running".  Not to mention the way in which my thighs rubbed together...but that story's for another day. And so in the end, two sports bras worked best [I told you they were big--yay me again]. The added material kept the girls together. As one. Hence-The Uni-boob!

It was like a marriage certificate for my boobs. But damn the drama! Two bras cost about $20 - $30!!  Then I have to wear them (at least) 4 days a week while in training?? AND using a day's outer bra as an inner one the next day was NOT an option. Boobs are heavy [And bouncy] so they sweat like hell underneath and in between - hence sweat always seeped into the first AND second bra. And then sweat on the back side too? How annoying to take it off...twice. That's why I quit running. True story.
