The clock says 1:37 right now and I am worried. The weekend is right around the corner. It's almost showtime.
I mean, the weekend is beginning and party after party after event after event is popping up. Tonight, I have to go to two birthday parties. Tomorrow, football practice and then dinner with the pops then another birthday dinner. To be followed up by practice on sunday and if I'm lucky...If i'm lucky...time to myself to do laundry on Sunday.
I yearn for the day where there is nothing to do. Where I can do something for myself and my wife all day instead of worrying about the next event. But it's hard. You have friends who you want to see and responsibilities you have. But the expression to stop and smell the roses never meant more than in today's go-go-go lifestyle I'm leading.
Michele is working really hard these days and I wish I could do something to make her have a good time and not think about work 24/7. She's been very busy all the time. I think she needs me to unstress her. Not like that people! You all have naughty little brains.
**side note**
Speaking of Brains, Jocyn was the first one to pass out on the ski trip and Rey dropped his nuts on her forehead! Man that sucks. But I digress.
Things I would do if this weekend wasn't booked:
-See the air and space museum near Dulles.
-Go fishing and crabbing.
-Go see a wizards game.
-Go to AC and play in a tourney
-Egg my friend's ex-girlfriend's house.
-Toilet paper Brash's car with toilet paper (duh, what else do you toilet paper a car with?...idiot!)
OH! and I would have tried out for 'So you think you can dance' in dc but I was in meetings all day yesterday. ARG!
That's it, I'm going to dance my arse off and pretend it's my brithday! Buy me a shot and let's do this!
Rod Stewart said it best in his famous song, "If you want my body and you think I'm sexy, come on baby let me know."
Oh yeah, it's that type of weekend baby...
